For practical matters such as scheduling appointments, rescheduling sessions, or general enquiries, communication may take place via email or WhatsApp.
Please note that electronic communication carries inherent privacy and security risks. While reasonable measures are taken to protect confidentiality, absolute security of information transmitted via email, WhatsApp, or other electronic platforms cannot be guaranteed.
Clients choose to use these communication methods at their own discretion and risk.

Monday – Thursday: 09:00 – 18:00, Friday 14:00 - 17:00 and Saturday mornings
